1. Scope of Engagement
These terms apply to professional service engagements, digital materials, and physical items provided by FiscalViewLab. By initiating any request, the client acknowledges acceptance of these terms.
2. Professional Services
Services deliver customized reporting and tax guidance based on information shared by the client. Deliverables will be agreed upon prior to commencement.
3. Digital Materials
Digital items (“Info Products”) include guides, templates, and instructional files. Access is granted upon delivery.
4. Physical Items
Physical goods (“Items”) such as printed reports or resource kits are shipped to the address provided by the client.
5. Payment Terms
- All fees are due in advance unless otherwise arranged.
- Accepted methods include bank transfer or card processing.
- Invoices unpaid after 15 days may be suspended until settlement.
6. Cancellations and Transfers
Requests to cancel or transfer a booking for services must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Approved transfers will apply the paid fee to a future date within six months.
Group workshops and webinars are non-transferable and noncancellable due to limited seating.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 Professional Service Engagements
If a project is terminated by the client within seven days of initial payment and no substantial work has begun, a full refund will be issued. Once deliverables or drafts are provided, no refund is available. Funds will be returned via the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
7.2 Digital Materials
Clients may request a refund for digital purchases within 14 days of delivery, provided no files have been downloaded or accessed. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source within seven business days.
7.3 Physical Items
Physical goods may be returned within 30 days in unused condition and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days, less any shipping fees.
7.4 Non-Refundable Cases
Seat reservations for live events, personalized data reviews, and custom reporting that require resource allocation are non-refundable due to the dedicated scheduling of staff and materials. Clients may, however, request a date change subject to availability.
